自动化、机器人技术和编码课程
course description
SPARC has been designed keeping in mind that learning by doing is the best way. Students will learn how to use micro-controllers, interface sensors and actuators through the components provided in the robotic kit. Along with practical implementation, they will be given an insight into the history of robotics, and a glimpse of what the future holds for the automation industry and those who are a part of it
Students will learn about building blocks of robotics through short introductory instructional modules followed by hands-on activities:
- learning about basic electrical components, circuits, and circuit configurations;
- introducing a microcontroller’s anatomy, features, and programming environment;
- building skills in microcontroller programing, including learning about key programming constructs, e.g., variables, conditionals, loops, data representations, etc;
- learning about how to interface various analog and digital sensors and actuators with the microcontroller and how to acquire measurements from sensors and how to command the actuators under program control;
- learning about the theory and applications of motor drivers and assembling a “Car Robot” to perform infrared remote control;
- build and assemble a “Mobile Manipulator”, a differential drive robot with a manipulator arm, and program it to operate under infrared control;
- experience mobile manipulator challenges.
- 了解基本的电气元件、电路和电路配置;
- 了解微控制器的结构、功能和编程环境;
- 培养微控制器编程技能,包括学习关键编程结构,例如变量、条件、循环、数据表示等;
- 学习如何把各种数字传感器和执行器与微控制器连接,如何获取测量值,以及如何在程序控制下命令执行器;
- 学习电机驱动器的理论和应用,组装“汽车机器人”且进行红外遥控;
- 组装一个“移动机械手”,一个有着移动机械手的双轮差动机器人,并编程使其在红外控制下运行;
- 体验制造移动机械手的挑战。
