In this course, students have an opportunity to work with comedy professionals and explore a broad range of experience in comedy.

 

This conservatory-style training course will challenge and inspire students and offer a strong foundation in comedic performance and comedy creation. The program, taught by the School’s world-class faculty, emphasizes process and creativity and includes improvisation, sketch, stand-up, as well as physical comedy & industry-focused master classes.

 

Highlights:

- Learn from comedy professionals in a collaborative and interactive, conservatory-style environment;

- Participate in off-campus field trips to see professional comedy shows in Los Angeles;

- Culminate your summer experience with a workshop performance.
