UNCSA Piano Summer intensive is a vitual program designed for pianists who wish to improve various aspects of their piano playing. Students will have the option of studying with a teacher of their choice or taking alternating lessons from Professors Dmitri Vorobiev and Dmitri Shteinberg.

The goal of this course is to strategically improve those aspects of piano playing that the student and UNCSA faculty feel could most benefit from additional training. Particular attention will be towards the sound production, technique, and convincing interpretation. Students will also have a better idea about where they are in their playing and the future direction their training should take.

UNCSA's performance facilities feature a magnificent collection of Steinway pianos housed in three venues. There is a separate dedicated practice area for pianists, which features 14 comfortable soundproof rooms with regularly maintained grand pianos.
